  3. What a great trip! Thank you for sharing those pictures of you and your great family. I will admit to a few tweaks of jealousy; my favorite place in the world is the OBX. I'd love to be there right now.

    Welcome back!

  5. Great picture’s, I’m jealous because the lobster bake look’s fantastic, I hope that it tasted as good as it looked. Beautiful children, love how happy the little one’s looked, it made me smile. You and your husband are very blessed.

    1. I know. I'm sorry. Next time I will plan better.

All 3 are from China...E is from Henen Province, A from Guangdong and the boy is from Jiangsu.

    2. My five daughters are half Vietnamese and I thought one of yours might be Chinese/Vietnamese.

    3. Brock, we don't know for sure anything about their heritage. It is illegal to abandon a child in China, so the children are just "placed" somewhere. Who knows if the woman or the man was some other ethnicity??? Pretty much they are just my children:)

Many people including Chinese have thought that E was Japanese or something other than Chinese, but she looks exactly like the people from her province. It's scary how much the people look exactly the same. Flat nose, rounded face...

    4. Yes, I can usually tell and they all are different, especially Koreans. Cambodians too, but you see more similarities between Laotians and Thais. Now the Vietnamese and Philippinos are difficult at times to differentiate and if you move the PI islands to the left on a map of the world, you can see how they could well have been joined many eons ago. Their food is similar also.
